At Long Island Voyager’s Day Camp, we believe every child has the potential to grow and build their skills and talents. For over 25 years, we have been dedicated to providing a unique summer experience for children in Nassau and Western Suffolk.
Our goal is to create an environment where children can learn and develop intellectually, physically, and spiritually while also having fun. We offer a full range of specialties, including swimming, sports, arts and crafts, and amazing trips to destinations such as Adventureland, Tiki Adventure, Fire Island, and more.
Our caring staff is committed to helping each child identify their goals and dreams while building self-respect, courage, and responsibility. We believe in the power of education and offer a wide range of educational activities alongside sports and swimming to help children learn new skills and improve their proficiency in certain areas.
Safety is of utmost importance to us, and we provide a low counselor-to-child ratio, insured and regularly inspected buses, and a buddy system and safety swim plan for all campers. Our camp provides a Director on site at all times, licensed and experienced coaching at the varsity level, Health Director, and two Red Cross lifeguards on duty at all times.
